5-Minute Za’atar Manakeesh
Craving something quick, warm, and comforting? Try this easy za’atar manakeesh made with Greek pita bread, olive oil, and Aya’s Blend Za'atar. No need for fancy ovens or long prep. Just 5 minutes and you’re ready to eat!
What You’ll Need
Greek pita bread (soft and thick)
2–3 spoonfuls of Aya’s Blend Za’atar
A drizzle of extra virgin olive oil
How to Make It
In a small bowl, mix za’atar with olive oil until you get a spreadable paste.
Spread the mix over your pita bread.
Place the pita on a baking sheet and put it on the top rack of your oven.
Switch the oven to broil and bake immediately for about 2 ½ minutes—keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn!
Take it out, slice it up, and enjoy.
That’s it. A fresh, homemade manakeesh in just 5 minutes. Perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or when you want to share a little taste of Jordan with friends. :)
